Garry Fitchett
After receiving a master’s degree in education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Garry chose to enter the business world. Within six years, after rising through the ranks as general manager, area supervisor, franchise consultant, and senior area supervisor, he was promoted to operations director responsible for a 10 state mid-western region with over 500 stores. He then became an area manager of a NYSE propane distribution company. Following this he ran his own restaurant development company and grew his territory to 70 stores within nine years.
Cypress Education formed in 2011 In 2011, after selling his restaurant development company, he formed Cypress Education, LLC. His goal was to take his love of training, meld it with his vast people management experience, and help as many people as possible through his instruction.

- A LIVING PHILOSOPHY TO FINDING YOUR AUTHENTICITY SEMINAR This seminar is all about what reading Life is a Bicycle is designed to achieve; to be an inspirational guide to assist you in the self-realization of becoming who you were meant to be - in life and in work. The material is culled from my book and what I have learned on the topic of achieving one's authenticity after completing the writing of the book. My research related to this topic is something that never seems to grow old. Therefore, you will get my most up-to-date information and observations. There will be time for questions and to discuss your personal needs in the area of finding one's authenticity or just to answer questions in general. My ultimate goal is to help you - with what you are there to learn - so I encourage an easygoing discussion-like atmosphere.
2. LIFE IS A BICYCLE SEMINAR - An overview of the book itself, along with the trials and challenges faced in the time of writing and then getting the book published. In other words, the topics of perseverance, overcoming self-doubt, and to never give-up on one's dreams are discussed. In this talk I recap the essential message of Life is a Bicycle by using the quotes of the book as the guiding material of enlightenment. The material is meaningful for anyone at any place on their road to the realization of genuine self-hood. As in all my seminars there will be ample time for questions and general discussion.
SEMINARS ON BUSINESS FRANCHISING As a former Franchise Operations Director and executive in-charge of over 550 franchised businesses I have worked in the franchise world for over 25 years. My training is practical and real-life focused. Topics include:
